Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy

Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy or MBCT combines mindfulness practices with Cognitive Behaviour Therapy techniques. It is an 8-week group course which includes daily practice and applied psychological theory.

Mindfulness Based Therapy can also be delivered to small groups and on a one-to-one basis as part of an integrative coaching session.

MBCT has been recommended by the National Institute of Clinical Excellence in the UK and has been show through research trials to be as effective as anti-depressants for preventing recurrent depression.
