Approach

I have worked with people at all stages of their recovery journey, from being at crisis point to being at a time of change where you would like to bring more of yourself to life.

My approach to working with clients is informed by the many trainings and teachers I have had the privilege to study with, the lived experience that my clients have shared with me, and by my ongoing daily mindfulness practice and self inquiry. We work together intuitively, with an approach that meet your needs as they arise.

I provide a safe and grounded space from which you can explore the ways in which you relate to your experience. By bringing awareness and compassion to our experience we have more choices and transformation is possible.

Christine brings a wealth of life experience, she has worked and travelled all over the world, and also teaches Laughter Yoga.

“In order to thrive we must adopt an integrative approach, understanding the landscape of our mind, our habitual thoughts and behaviours. Through mindfulness practices we can begin to recognise our habits, respond wisely, and to live our best and most fulfilled life”
