Integrative Coaching

Psychological coaching draws from multiple therapeutic models to support your navigation of difficulty. We draw from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Mindfulness Techniques, Acceptance and Commitement Therapy and Internal Family Systems depending on your needs. This is an intuitive approach that supports you to bringing more of yourself to life.

You will receive ongoing support, one-to-one weekly sessions, handouts, and audio practices to use at home.

Clients are given a bespoke programme to meet their needs.
