Yoga is a contemplative practice enabling us to bring more balance into our lives and more awareness of our bodies.

Danielle has been teaching and practising yoga for many years and is passionate about the benefits for both body and mind.

She teaches dynamic vinyasa flow classes in her local community:

As we learn more about the body through movement practice we are able to tap into this information, feel more awake and alive and be responsive rather than reactive to the needs of our body and mind.
